1.    Acceptance of Terms of Service

Welcome to LeadingNotes.com. The provision of our service to you is subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS") which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. A current version of our TOS, which you may review at any time, is available by following the "Terms of Service" link in the footer of all pages. In addition, when using our various services, you may be subject to additional guidelines and rules applicable to such services which may be posted by us from time to time. 2.    Your Registration Obligations

4.    Member Account and Security 

Once our registration process is implemented and you have registered with us, you will receive a password and account designation. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 4 or any other provision of this TOS.

5.    Account Termination

You agree that we may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate your account and access to the Service and remove and discard any content within the Service. Causes for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS, (b) a request by you, (c) extended periods of inactivity, (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service, (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problem.Further, you agree that LeadingNotes.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

6.    Modification of Service 

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

7.    Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadingNotes.com does not represent or make any warranty in respect of the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or continuous supply of any of the information, content, software or advertisements (the "Materials") contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on this website (the "Service") or as to the results to be obtained from using the Service.

Furthermore, LeadingNotes.com does not represent, warrant or endorse the quality or reliability of any goods or services, information about any goods or services, or other materials displayed, purchased or obtained by you as a result of your responding to any advertisement or any other information or offer in or in connection with the Service (the "Products").

Any reliance you place upon any Materials or Products will be at your sole risk and it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the Materials and Products meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws LeadingNotes.com hereby excludes liability for any claims, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the use, misuse or reliance on the Service, the Materials and the Products, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to LeadingNotes.com. The foregoing will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in Warranty, Tort, Contract, Negligence, under Statute or otherwise.

9.    Intellectual Property

The names, images and logos identifying LeadingNotes.com or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of the LeadingNotes.com and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the LeadingNotes.com or any other third party. 

10.  General

These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
